I received an email from the Mr Price Home Group and went onto the website to have a look and saw a product I liked which was a double bunk. I then took a screen shot and sent it to my fiance to show him. when i went back on the website after we decided to make the purchase they had changed the price . it went from R1700 to R3500!? there was no notice on the system that they had had a previous error on the website and the pricing was incorrect, so i called and they could not help me then i tried chatting to the lady online and she told me to email the mrprice group and I have still had no response. I wonder in a case like this what are my rights?. can they just change the price with no prior notice?
this is most upsetting.
