On 14 or 15 Nov 13, my wife and I went to Zevenwacht Spar in Kuilsriver. When we arrived home, we noticed that the packer forgot to pack our cheese. I called the store immediately and the cheese was still laying on the cashier's till where we paid. We were informed that we can collect the cheese anytime as it has already been paid for. Upon visiting the store the following day, we were told to collect our cheese and proceed to the cashier. The cashier then called the Supervisor on duty (a very rude lady). After explaining the story, she took our tillslip and advised that they need to go back onto the camera system and look to see if the cheese was indeed left by the cashier. After about 10 min - she came back and said they did in fact see that the cheese was not packed in. We were treated like - escorted by security! Nobody came to apologise to us as we were not in the wrong, but Spar. We eventualy got our cheese, but the staff at Zevenwacht Mall Spar is just very rude! I cant believe you have people like that working there. I want an apology!!!
