Couch not manufactured to acceptable standard

I bought a couch from Coricraft beginning 2013. I had endless hassles and eventually reported it to hellopeter. The couch was swopped out and resolved. About 3 months ago, i contacted coricraft and advised that the base is making noises and is starting to sink in again. The piilows supplied were also the incorrect size. They sent someone out who said there is nothing wrong with the couch. It has got progressively worse and i am not excepting this poor quality workmanship.
I have spoken to endless clients who have all told me they have had endless problems with coricroft couches.
Everytime coricroft come and swop the couch, it costs me R500 to take my window pain in and out.
This is no longer acceptable

Please take your couch and give me my money back.
