I bought a pack of 2kg Omo Auto which had a promotion that offered a free gift. I sent an sms costing R1 and received a reply that I would be called to make an appointment for the free mani/pedi. A consultant called me and i gave him all the information needed. He said he will send me a confirmation sms even today i am still waiting for that sms its been 3 weeks now. This is really unacceptable.
