I bought several items from the Russells branch in Butterworth including a fridge on the 16th November 2013. They told me that their delivery policy is same day delivery but when i went into the store it was almost closing time so they advised that they would deliver on Monday. I called on Monday and i was told that they do not deliver on those days they will deliver Tuesday. Tuesday afternoon I called them and they advised that they could not deliver as the deliver van got stuck and they could not make to my home. But funny that the route they claim to have gotten stuck was not even close to where they were suppose to deliver. So Wednesday they decided to deliver but there was fridge only beds not even the free gift (Iron) was with them. When the delivery guys were asked about the fridge they just said it would be delivered some other time, they did not even care to explain why they did not have the fridge with them before being asked. When my mother went to the store on the same day she was told that it's the warehouse's fault. So i called the manager and he advised that he will get back to me which he never did. The H/O too never did. I got a disgusting attitude from the manage
