I bought 225squares of tiles from CTM and had my tiler fit them. Unknown at the time that we had received two different shades of tiles. When they were being laid they change colour as they are wet with the tile glue and there natural colour only returns after - 2 weeks. My house looked like a chess board when the tiles dried. I went through to CTM expecting to have to fight. The manager of CTM was nice from the offset, she came out to my house with the supplier. They identified the problem was with the dispatch and set out immediately to remedy the situation. I had two guys on site for two weeks who chipped out the tiles and replaced them with the correct tiles and even finished my unfinished sections free of charge. So Awesome dealing with professional people who care about there products and customers. Very Impressed. Anyone can make a mistake but its about what you do to sort it out!
