I have had an account with Truworths for the past 10 years and I've wanted to close my account numerous times before because of the same situation, yet all my accounts are always paid the amounts that are due asap. Truworths on the other hand never seem to give you the right amounts (sms'd to me) causing me to be, say R120, in arrears (NOT my fault I might add). I just received a call again (keeping in consideration it's 20th of the mnth and I get paid 25th of every mnth) asking me if I am aware of the arrears and it needs to be paid.. having this conversation for about the 3rd time TODAY the poor lady on the other side of the phone got the short end of the stick (of which I feel bad about & at the end of the call I did apologize). I think in my 10 years if I didn't pay my account in a mnth it was pure forgetfulness & it probably happended once or twice (in 10 YEARS). So plse get the accounts department under control & stop making us as customers feel like criminals. I'm sure you have worse problems to deal with other than R200 arrears on an account that's always paid. Kind Regards
