Struggling 2 get refund

I returned an item 2 woolworths that i
purchased with my chequescard. When i
returned the item the cashier asked 4 my
chequecard that i purchased the item
with. Luckily i had it with me. She took it
an swiped it again. She told me i would recieve the refund immediately. I
checked on my cellphone banking but i
saw nothing. I went back and asked the
cashier again when would recieve my
refund? She told me i must and if didnt
recieve it within 2days i must comeback with the refundslip. I dont understand
why i must struggle 2 get my refund. I
did not give u guys a hardtime when i
purchased the item from u. Why must i
wait for my money? I will never shop at
woolworths again. And i will warn unsuspecting customers bout ur
up return policy!!!
