Nothing we can do

I bought an Acer laptop which was on promotion on the 24th Septenber 2013 at Game mall of the north. The laptop came with a morderm and 100MB free. i couldn't get the modem as it was out of stock.i was promised that it be in stock the following monday. i asked to be called when the item arrived but was told i must call the store to check if it was there.
i have been calling every week and to date, there is still no delivery of moderms at Game. when i complain i they say there is nothing that they can do, and that i am not the only one waiting. I called the customer care line, and was told to speak the Manager. when i called the store i was told the manager was not there, and i asked to speak to the sinior person in store. After explaining my problem he put my call through to the cell phone department, where i have been getting the same story everytime i called the store. One of the employees even told me that we might not get those modems because it has never taken this long to

i even asked if i can collect the modem from another branch, they said that there are no moderms as that particular moderm was discontinued. 8 weeks later no moderm, no one knows if it will ever arrive.
