Fraustrated and dissatisfied custome

I purchased a KIC fridge from game galleria in March this year. Two months later the fridge door seal falls out and the freezer baskets keep derailing from the time of purchase which i was told is normal. they repair it and advise me that i probably dropped something on the seal for it to fall out. The fridge now has ice forming at the back and water running on the glass trays and the seal is out once again. I insist upon a replacement which after Ashwin passing the buck to the repair person and then on to KIC someone finally elected to replace my fridge. From last week i call the game store in galleria only to have my call not answered at all or to have me placed on hold forever. I went into the store on Saturday the 16th novemeber and opted to pay an additional R1500.00 for a samsung 360LTR frost free fridge which comes with a R500.00 voucher and i was promised by Ashwin that they would collect my fridge on monday the 18th have it credited and re invoice and deliver my new fridge i got no response to calls or messages and i am now told they have no stock and i nee to bear with them. I have been frustrated by not having Noel the manager or Ashwin return calls nor answer.
