Faulty Whirlpool Dishwashe

I bought a Whirlpool Dishwasher in April 2012 from Hirsch's in Meadowdale. It stopped working on 2013-01-01 with an error message that there is no water pressure. The machine stops in the middle of the washing cycle. The technician came out but could not find the fault. He made an appointment for the next day which was not kept. He then came back the next day and reset the machine on 2013-01-09. The machine then worked for 3 days and the same problem occurred over the weekend of 2013-01-12/13. The fault was reported again on 2013-01-14. Up to date I only received SMS's from the technician wanting to know if it was the same problem and informing me that he is waiting for spares. No further feedback. I paid a lot of money for something I cannot use. This is pathetic service as I was told that this was one of the best machines on the market when I bought it. How much is it going to cost me to repair it once the warranty expires?
