I bought a comforter from home choice which then got torn. I sent it back to them via post and brought the receipt back to work with me to send it to them proof of receipt unfortunately I had an emergency on the day at work as I was pregnant and was taken to hospital where I then was put on maternity leave. On my return to work I couldn't find the proof of post.

I then contacted Home choice who then advised me to go to the police and get an affidavit which I did. to date they have not replaced the comforter and have now blacklisted me. I feel it's unfair for me to pay off goods that I don't have and am fully willing to pay the balance on my account as soon as they replace the comforter.
