Order #1000762673. Bought a Gobii tablet Friday morning 15 Nov 2013. Description said it will be dispatched in 24 hours. Was notified on Monday that the item will be delivered on 21 November, 4 days after purchase. If I knew it would take that long, I would have bought another tablet from [URL Removed] It's great that delivery are free, but I would rather have paid to have it sooner. What happened to the great [URL Removed] I knew wiith next day delivery? I purchased a book on pre-order in July. The money was deducted and the book was never posted to me. I had to phone in and ask them to please post it, as it is showing it was available. More than 3 months later. Order: M10415034, Not at all happy with the service I'm getting.
