No delivery of items, shocking service

I placed two orders with Kalahari. The first one which I placed on 24 October, when the parcel arrived I returned one of the items to get a refund as I'd ordered it by mistake. I'm still waiting for the refund, have been calling every day and no one can assist me. The 2nd order I placed on 31 October, it's now three weeks later and two of the four items are still not ready. These were gifts for a birthday party that has since come and gone. Every time I call the call centre, I'm just told "we haven't heard back from our suppliers re the items" Out of pure frustration I cancelled the entire order this morning, as I think waiting over three weeks for an order is unacceptable, especially as no one follows up or calls back, and no one can give me answers. Appalling service, and the list of complaints on facebook makes it clear just how many people have had exactly the same issue as I have.
