Items on my Account I have not ordered or received

I have left SA on July 19 2012 for Dubai in UAE. When I got home in June 2013 for a short visit I to my shock see that I owe Homechoice R18000 . I have phoned them and spoke to a lady who referred me to the legal department which asked me to make an affidavit and fax it to them. As I am living in Dubai this is not possible for me, I cannot do an affidavit here for a SA query. According to the accounts department I have placed the orders online and received them at my home, this again is not possible I do not live is SA. I have phoned numerous times and faxed the proof that I am not in the country and have not been there in March & April 2013 to place and receive an order, to date I have not received any reply or response. I am asking Homechoice again to please investigate this as I am sure there is a problem. I am not returning to SA until June 2015 again so need this sorted out before I get blacklisted for something I have not ordered or received
