I have been buying from Kalahari for many years and have never had much issues with them previosly. When I shop online, I expect to have items delivered on time and to the correct address with correct details on the parcel.
Seems that when Kalahari decided to change their software, absolutely no QA was done.
Every order placed on their new system has been a mess up. The last being a game that was supposed to be delivered on the 15th November. It only shipped on the 15th and no one could say why. I was told that a Saturday delivery would be made but guess what, delivery did not happen. If Kalahari cant ship a game on launch, then please state so on your website.
When you call the call center, they make other incompetent stores look good.
They always promise to call back with feedback but never do.
I am now cancelling all my existing pre-orders as they are no longer the company they once were.
