I visited your photo and beyond kodak store in Greenstone on sunday the 17th November 2013.
There were 4 employees on duty and I was the only customer present.
Nobody came to assist me in printing my photo's and I had to go and ask for help three times before Abigail came to assist me.
The only employee that was busy was Thembi. The rest just sat around chatting.
I was told to return after 15 minutes to collect my photo's. Dumisani took my slip and threw my
photo's across the counter at me. I ignored that gesture and said "thank you", I received no reply
or even a smile.
Sadly, this store and employees have no manners and I was especially disturbed by Bongani who was not afraid to threaten myself and my family. He said I could contact the head office as he does not care as no-one will do anything to him. I really hope that this is not the kind of employees you have working in all your branches.
