I bought a tv at beares last year December and it was faulty, I took it in and they told me that it was goin to take two week to b fixed, three weeks later I went back to check what was goin on and all I got was different stories regarding my tv, the manager promised me that the tv would be in my hands after a week, 6 weeks later after calling them and them promising me, I bought a new tv elsewhere n went back to beares for my refund because I ddnt want the tv any more, the they told me that the tv was delivered to my house the previous day n in which it wasn't, I keep on calling them and 1 sales consultant hang up the phone as I was busy explaining my problem, they told me that they were goin to talk with their regional manager to tell him that I want my money back hence I don't want the tv anymore, because I bought a new one elsewhere, up until now I am still waiting for their call to hear the response from the regional manager n still I hvent received any call, all I want is my money back n they can keep their tv.
