"Specials" vs price billed, and "Out of Stock"

Order 5121050: Nescafe classic advertised at R48 for 200g; charged R57, 99 on delivery. Five Roses 100 teabags advertised at R22, charged R26, 89 on delivery. WHY? Why can't we trust Pick 'n Pay to honour the price that is advertised? And ordered 6 x 2kg PnP brown sugar at R18, 99/unit; when compiling the order, "out of stock" so delivered Selati @ R21, 20/unit. Ordered waterproof plasters; suddenly "out of stock" so delivered fabric plasters. WHY? Ordered 2 x bottles Panado 24 tabs - not supplied. How come all of the above were "in stock" when the order was placed, but then "out of stock" when the order compiled? In a previous order I couldn't order roller towel because there were none in stock. If I was able to place the orders as above, what happened to the stock that I "booked" in Order 5121050 that becomes "out of stock" on delivery day?? Order 5123158:ordered 15 x 6 litres milk. Invoice says 15 delivered, but delivery was short by 5 x 6 litres - how? Same with furniture polish: order 4 units; invoice says 4 delivered, but were short by 1. We asked for them to be delivered, because we need them - that's why we order them!! - but received a refund instead.
