I go to Canal walk every month, and usually pop in to Pick n Pay for a few supplies, but EVERY time Im there, the queues to pay are really long, there are sometimes only 5 tills open, in a massive store, and everyone has to simply wait, I have complained to the customer services, and asked to speak to the manager, who has not been there the last three times, I find this completely unacceptable, this is a busy store and needs to be managed better.. it has to be the worst Pick n Pay in terms of customer service.. there were other people also complaining... but the bad service continues.
