A while ago, I purchased Oxtail from Checkers, for a dinner party with friends. It said previously frozen. Well it must have been frozen with fish, cause it smelt terrible. I had to discard of 2.5 kg and rush off to buy more oxtail from the opposition.
Saturday, I bought a pork belly. Quality selected Farm Stead Pork cuts. Expiry Date 20 November 2013. I just took it out to prepare for dinner guests. The meat is green, and once I cut open the packet, the smell was terrible.
Please, do something about the quality of your meat. Stop ruining my dinner parties. This time I have taken photos. Surely Mr Ramsey would not endorse this type of quality.
