Inefficient and Dissapointing Service

On 4th November I came across a deal on [URL Removed] that offered the PS3 version of Tomb Raider at a highly marked down price of R25 from R330 and upon trying to add it to my cart and checkout on [URL Removed] I was met with a timeout on the page. I immediately contacted the support team and explained my situation, providing Orion with a screen shot of the advertised price and requested that Kalahari honour the deal and help me to order the game before the sale expires. Inefficiently a week later I receive a response from Orion that Kalahari will not honour the price because the deal has expired as I expected and the original price has been rectified and because I had not ordered the product at the time I would not qualify to purchase it at R25. And for my assistance in identifying a glitch in their system I was awarded with a R50 voucher! Seriously? R50? [URL Removed] is currently offering all their customers a R100 discount coupon on purchases of R250 and free delivery! If I was made aware that ordering the product thereafter would secure the price of R25, I would of ordered it! Instead I receive a response 7 days later which didn't help in the slightest. Nice job Kalahari!
