Failure To Respond

It's been two weeks since my request for a quote. I've had no response. Last week I sent another email from the Incredible Connection website. Still no response. It is unfortunate that the bulk of the products I'm looking for can only be found at Incredible Connection at the moment.By sending this complaint, it's a confirmation of two things:

1. I'm now happy to look for alternative quotes on alternative products that are just as good.
2. I render the Incredible Connection contact us page useless or Incredible Connections' staff attentiveness is absolutely poor.
