Different marked price and scanned price

On Sun 13 Jan I wanted to purchase 3 Blue Ray dvds marked at R99 for 3 . I checked with a salesperson if this is the correct price and was assured that it is the price. The items were checked with a scanner and were not the price as marked. The discs were in a special box marked 3 for R99. I was then assured that I will pay the price as marked and not scanned. At the till the discs were rung up at R99 each. I queried this and the manager Mr Desai was adamant that I could not purchase the discs at the price marked. He admitted to me that it was a mistake on their part but refused to allow me to purchase the discs. In front of me he told his staff to remove all the blue ray discs from the special box and correct the pricing. Your policy as I understand that these items will be for free. I was prepared to pay the speciual price but was blatantly refused the discs. So now what is your policy or is it only when it suits you. I will tell everyone about your dishonesty. Pick and Pay it seems in its policies.
