On thursday the 7 november I called In to the call center to enquire why kalahari has never collected my faulty tablet as yet. The agent I spoke to (shamiel) did some investigations and found that when I called the previous week, the agent I then spoke to did not infact do the request to collect my tablet. I was so angry as I spent thousands of rands for this item. But the professionalism and efficiency of shamiel put me at ease. He took all my details and within 10mins I received an email confirming my faulty item would be collected. Shamiel did more for me in 10mins than what the previous agent did for me in a week!
All I can say to kalahari is GIVE THaT MAN A BELLs!!
