I bought a OMO Promotional pack advertising three different gifts that are guaranteed. On opening the pack I followed the instructions and dialled the dial free number and was informed that I would be contacted within 48 hours even received a msg saying I would be contacted shortly. Its been a week and nothing happened. I phoned the competition number and just get put on hold and nothing happens. To me this is false advertising I use OMO but I think its time to change brands and this is very bad customer service... This is very bad
