Went along to Foto First with my family to take photos for our visas. Two hours later we had taken pictures twice because they had made a mistake only to then find they couldn't print it. During this two hour charade, they even managed to ask us if they could help us twice (same person that took the photos) and ask my wife if she knew what size the pics should be! I spoke to the manager to no avail... just pathetic service and incompetence all round. I will never go back.
