Funeral policy

I would just like to inform the bad service with regards to the funeral policy from Edgards. As a client i thought if you have a funeral policy it means that once the person passes away they would pay out the money which!!! My grandfather originally had a funeral policy with Edgars he passed away the 18/10/2013 to date we are still waiting for the money to be paid out! My mother had to use her salary money to assist with the funeral cover as you guys have not paid out!! There is always an excuse. My thing is this you guys are quick to phone if a customer misses payment but you guys dont pay out when they should. So i would like to know what will be done about this and if there is no action i will be taking this further as it is totally unfair.
