I ordered 6 dozen hot dog rolls the day before I needed them. They told me to come at 11:00 to collect. I arrived at 11:35 and asked for the hot dog rolls I had ordered. The lady at the bakery looked confused and called the guy that deals with the orders over to help me. I asked him for the order to which he said "No, we had no order yesterday for rolls. You must have ordered them somewhere else". To which I said "No I made sure when I called that I had the Pick n' Pay on South Road, Sandton. He said "No we didn't get an order". but then went to check the book anyway and magically found my name. I told him he had forgotten and he said yes. When complaining to the manager all he had to say was "ahhhh... They don't normally make mistakes" and then the first guy try to say he had not forgotten when 5 minutes before had admitted to me he had forgotten. I have always had trouble with this Pick n' Pay and their lack of stock and rudeness of the employees but this was the final straw, I will never go back!!
