In February my mother called Whirlpool services to request a service/repair to be done on her washing machine. Whirlpool then linked her with a sub-contractor they use. The sub-contractoR came out to see the machine then realised he had no parts, he then took the machine with him while he ordered the required parts. Weeks later we called to find out the progress and the sub-contractor said he was still waiting for parts from the USA. 8 months later we are still waiting for the washing machine. We contacted him numerous times to rather bring back the machine, fixed or not, but to date we have not had any response. It is appalling treatment from both Whirlpool and their dodgy sub-contractors. The sub-contractors are incompetent and Whirlpool passes the buck, they take no accountability in anyway. I am horrfied that a brand like Whirlpool would associate themselves with such people with questionable business practices. my mother is 60, suffers from arthriris nd she has to handwash her laundry for 8 months because this sub-contracor refuses to bring back her washng machine.
