8 October my Oakley sunglasses were collected by Dawn Wing. Was told that I'd be contacted via email as soon as they arrive and given banking details for payment as repairs cannot be effected without payment.By the time I left for Australia (16.10.13), I had not yet received confirmation from Logistic Services as promised. Mailed them whilst I was abroad, no response, 2 weeks later, mailed them again when I was back, still no response. I want an answer by the close of business today as to where my glasses are, if you've lost them, you need to replace them. Alternatively, you leave me no option but to exercise my rights in terms of the CPA. This is a complete and utter contravention of Section 15, 19 and 54. You're supposed to be a reputable company but dealing with you from the start of requesting replacement of my lenses has been nothing but a nightmare!
