I bought a "great" pair of expensive Hush Puppy Sandals. Not at a street vendor. But a proper Health shoe outlet. I took them on a holiday and they made sure I will never forget them or the service and kind of treatment that I got back from Laurence. Thanks L for your great customer service. The way you made me feel like a "criminal" or or bad customer that are trying to "rob" your prestige company. I still got them... they are great. Give me a blister and the best part is after more than a year they still "burn" my soles when I even try to wear them. I ask for advice but instead I got humiliated and bad mouth. Just say sorry for the problem we will look into it? But no you went the extra mile to convince me there is something wrong with me. Which is great after I read all the other complaints that you comment on. I felt lucky to get that much attention. Thank you so much Laurence and Hush Puppies for the great service and the showing me that customer care are your biggest problem. But thanks again for all your support and help.
