Hello.

March this year, I went to Identity to buy this and that for winter. I used my FNB to swipe $360 or so.

On the 17 October I received a feedback message that Identity has subtracted $392 from my account. Unfortunately this came with an overdraft of about $200 by FNB. When I got to FNB they gave me only my statement and told me to take it up with the shop. I went there and after some back and forth they told me to wait a few days while they investigate.

That was about 3 weeks ago. I went there again last week (25th October) only to be told they are still investigating as it is only now that Identity has decided to charge or recover their money although I swiped over 5 months ago.

This is an account I use often for other things and this incident has really disorganized me and put me off budget. Who will pay for this overdraft? What about my inconvenience? I will never shop there again. I am extremely upset.
