Delivery of 8 beds to Plettenberg Bay promised for 31st October 2013. I waited the entire day and after numerous calls (I have a record on my cell) and many about the logistics I finally received the beds on Friday early evening around 6.30 pm. I had to cancel all my appointments for Friday to "hopefully" get my delivery. I was promised the beds would arrive before lunch time, however, after many more phone calls (at my cost) the beds were delivered... BUT THE WRONG COLOUR BASES. I arrived back in Gauteng on Monday and today I went to see the manager Ash, his response was "I'm very sorry but I can't do anything about the logistics as it was outsourced from P.E. and continued by asking ME how he can compensate me for the inconvenience - and wrong colour beds - so I asked what he suggests would be fair compensation... he replied "a free pillow"... This is NOT acceptable. I would not recommend any of my friends or family to support Dial-a-bed in the future.
