I bought a filter for my LG fridge from Hirsch's thinking it very expensive so I did some research and found that I could get the same item for literally half the price from the LG Agent. I sent Allan Hirsch an email stating my opinion on the ridiculous difference in price. Within an hour I received an email from him, he had investigated and contact my branch where I had purchased the item and they in turn phoned me to offer another filter at no charge & will fix the pricing from their supplier for future purchases.
