I've logged a HelloPeter complaint against Foschini 2013-10-31 due to the super BAD assistance re my damaged gift card received from Foschini Nigel. Only one reply on HelloPeter stating that someone will contact me. Up to date NO ONE contacted me, there is just no progress and no info. Cannot believe that Foschini's service had been downgraded to so LOW the past 2 years - it was always in the top range, nowadays there is no number available to rate there service currently low enough. I had to use my account to buy stuff I want because of the damaged magnetic strip on the gift card. They would have transferred the R600.00 amount on the damaged gift card to a new gift card - I'm still waiting. I WANT that amount of R600.00 to be paid onto my account and they can keep their gift card, I had to use my account instead of being able to use my gift card. I'm so fed up!
