I ordered a book on [URL Removed] Payment was debited from my account immediately. Once I saw that delivery was via the Post Office, I cancelled the order - this was within minutes of the order. Almost a month later, and I still have not received my refund from [URL Removed] I have sent six emails and spoken to the call centre to no avail. My order was cancelled immediately, but the money has been kept. Its a disgrace that I have to keep chasing. Promises are made, and not kept. I wonder if [URL Removed] are hoping that I'll forget about it and they can keep the money. Their behaviour so far would appear so.
