I bought a frying pan through my daughter because she has an account with Home Choice. I bought the frying pan for the amount of R1499.95, COD. I received the frying pan, when I switched it on it was not working. I packed the frying pan and returned it on 2013/09/05. After several phone calls with no response they e-mailed my daughter on 2013/10/16 that they are waiting for a new frying pan. Up to date no correspondence nor phone call nor any frying pan from them. I feel that this is unacceptable, and the way I feel now I just want my money back that I can go and buy the frying pan from AMC Classics.
