I have been trying for half an hour to get through to your store to resolve an issue. This is the 4th attempt at getting to the bottom of the problem.
I the past 30 minutes I have been put through 3 times and cut off. I have phoned back 3 times and been left on hold for 6 min, 3min and 4 min. Respectively.
On my next attempt i asked for the store manager and was cut off.
I tried one last time and was left on hold for 5 minutes.
I give up and won't ever visit another Incredible Connection. Dions has a new client
