We bought a mattress from Game in December 2012 not even a year later the bed is unusable as the top section has collapsed and the bottom section has hard objects close to the surface.
We went to the store on Saturday to complain and get it sorted out and was told the manager off for weekend so we left contact details. Monday called store and told manager on training course. I called head office in Durban and spoke to Herman the customer service manager who assured me someone would call the same day!
I am still waiting and my son who uses the bed can not sleep on it as it is too uncomfortable!
We posted off the warranty when we bought the bed to the company on the postage paid card and want this sorted out now!
