Two financial products where enrolled on my mother's account without her approval. She has never received any call or documentation of these products. This was done in March 2012 and yesterday I called the customer service and I was told it will take 30 working days to resolve this which I find it very appalling as it was easy for someone in your company to enrol the products but it's hard to investigate and revers the amounts.
There is no way that my mother will wait for 30 days for you to resolve the matter. I want feedback be for the end of the week.
