Less than a month ago I purchased some crystal jewellery from Canal Walk. I went overseas a week later and whilst abroad I noticed that some of the crystals had fallen out. I returned on Saturday and called the store immediately to find out what to do, was told that I couldn't return the ring because it was not insured. I was never offered insurance when I bought it! Fact of the matter is the ring became defective approximately 2 weeks after purchase and I want it to be replaced or refunded.
