I received very bad customer service on Sunday the 27th October. I dont know the name of the teller, but she was at till number 32. Her bad attitude is disgusting.. I was then referred to the store Manager, ZODWA, who asked me to leave my details. She would have to address the issue with the teller in question and get back to me the Monday, (the 28th).. it is now the 6th November and I'm still awaiting a response from Pick n Pay.
I must say that it is pathetic how the tellers feel that they can speak to customers.. or rather ignore questions from customers and that management takes it so lightly. I have worked in a servicing environment before and compaired to what I know and how some people act.. the teller should definitely NOT be in that profession with such bad attitude. Pick n Pay Steeledale can shove the apology up their, since they could not even take the complaint seriously.. they have lost a customer and I will convey the message further.
