POOR AND NON-EXISTENT CUSTOMER SERVICE

On 25 January 2013 I returned some armchairs to the Willowbridge branch and after about 45min of discussion various staff members (whom mostly looked like they'd rather be doing something else than help me) and eventually the manager, it was decided that they will be kind enough and send the chairs for repair and get back to me. They never did. A month later I called and was told that the manager at the time, Andre Loubser, will call me back, again no call received. I called again a few days later and told them I want to make a complaint and he quickly returned my call and said he'd get back to me later that day. As I'm a doctor, and was busy consulting at the time of the presumed private number call from him, I could not answer. No message was left and when called the store later, around 3pm, he had already left. That was the last time I ever heard from them. I have been too frustrated to waste more time on the phone and wrote them this letter, still waiting on a response of any kind.
I shall certainly NEVER again purchase anything from them or any associated businesses eg sportsmans warehouse.
