I reported my washing machine March 2013. The Technician first response was fast coming out letting me know he will order me a part and let me know when he will come and fix the problem. They have phoned me 4 times telling me they will come and repair my machine where I had taken 2 working days leave and 2 Saturdays waiting for them with nobody to show not even a phone call. My warranty ends January. Looks like they are playing for time. I have reported this problem to about 5 different people in the lewis store. I spoke to a lady in head office I emailed to customer support all with no respond or "we are waiting for your part" ( FOR 9 MONTHS)
