Ad, incompetent service

We bought a cellphone (Nokia Lumia) on 31/10/2013, we needed a micro sim card as the normal sized sim card is not compatible, we were sold the normal sized sim card and told that it would be cut into the size of a micro sim card at the cost of R30 which we paid cash, but the sim card was not cut. Second issue: we asked him to perform a sim swap, he (Mansoor- sales assistant) made us wait for more than 30 minutes (while he pretended to be contacting the service provider) only to tell us he cannot perform the sim swap as my aunt has an RCMS contract and that we needed to go to the Kenilworth Centre branch to perform the sim swap (but that that department was closed on the day since it was after 4pm). We went to the Kenilworth Centre branch on 5/11/2013 and was helped, the assistant told us that the sim swap could have been done at the Claremont branch on the same day we bought the cellphone because all they needed to do was call the RCMS contact centre and request one on our behalf.
