I purchased groceries from Pick and Pay - This is the first time I am using this service and I am absolutely disgusted, some of my goods were not delivered, they use Mr Delivery's services - Mr Delivery called me and said that the Delivery man took my goods to the wrong client, they will fetch it and deliver it to me, its 8:00 pm I am still waiting. Now who will take the blame Pick & Pay that I paid R390.00 or Mr Delivery that gave my goods to the wrong person?
