I placed an order on Kalahari, never delivered and online status was delivery rejected, I contacted them to ask to re-deliver as I never rejected the order, they apologised and said they would re-deliver. Waited over a month and when I next checked the order status online it said order completed??
I phoned the callcentre on a few different occasions and each time the agent promised to call me back with feedback as to why the courier never delivered, I am still waiting for feedback from someone.
I'm shocked as I have used Kalahair many times before, last time I will be doing business with them.
My advice is to steer clear until they sort their deliveries and their callcentre out.
