On the 01/11/2013 I went to Shoprite to withdraw and transfer money, as it was months end it was very full and the queues were very long. After queuing for about 45 min it was my turn to be assisted, I bought sweets and cheers curls then I asked for the cash back of R1000.00. The cashier by the name of Unathi immediately told me that she do not have such money, I then asked her if cant she asked from other cashier as I cannot afford to go to another queue as I have already queue for about an hour. With no interest she asked to one cashier which she said she do not have, I then asked her to at least give me R500 as I saw that there was money after she change for another customer. She was very rude and ask she eventually asked her supervisor to open the till so that she can check, guess what? there was more than R1000 in her till, instead of her apologising to me she keep on chatting back to me and telling me that there is nothing I can do as she THOUGHT there was no money, her service was pathetic and stinks, she need to undergo client service training as she do not have client service skills or Shoprite will lose valuable clients just because of her.
