I pre-ordered Modern Warfare Ghost on the 25th of October. Released date is today on the 5 th of November. Got to the shop where i pre-ordered the xbox game, got told that the game has not yet arrived and will only be there at 14:00. If u pre-order a game it should be there on the day of release. Some shops stay open until 12:00 midnight to release games. I took the day of work so i can pick up and play the game. Hope that u are going to pay my leave as well. So i ask them to give me my money back but they also said that they can't.
This is really bad service and i will never ever buy any games from u guys.
